Student will be guaranteed part-time and full-time employment, depending on their grades and their counselor's recommendation
Job Training

Students who participate in the FSTW program will go through our job training program to make sure they are properly prepared.
Counseling

Students who participate in the FTSW program will receive monthly counsling sessions to make sure they are maintaining a work/school balance.

    • 1. Introduction

    FSTW will work will school guiadance counselors to choose students who will become student interns.

    2. Job Training

    Once students become FSTW interns they will begin our job training program.

    3. Job Placement

    Once our student interns complete our job training program, FSTW will place them at one of our employment partners' sites.
